Recently, it becomes a strong trend when the role of language as a distinctive moral, political and economic tool is growing and, as such, creates advantages either for individual persons or certain groups providing social practices among various societies and states in contemporary world. From this point of view, it is appropriate to outline a question as to the language being understood as a special resource, as well as the corresponding problems of the development of legal regulation of language resources. While such a view at the problem of language in terms of the legal system is relatively new for Russia, China has made significant progress both in legal protection and development of its ‘language resources’, which is also of interest from the point of view of the development of international relations between the two states, especially in terms of international cooperation in the field of science, culture and education for the RF and the PRC.
The research is carried out in terms of RFBR Project no. 18-29-15014.
