The article discusses certain aspects of the commission of crimes related to bringing juveniles to suicide. The author’s classification of these crimes is proposed, relevant examples of judicial investigative practice are given. In addition, as an argument for the additional argumentation of the author’s arguments, the results of a sociological study on the activities of destructive network communities related to the incitement of minors to suicide were published.
