Improving the legal organization of counteraction to crimes against lawful business should be carried out in the direction of strengthening the private element in the criminal procedural model of private prosecution. The article proposes measures to optimize the terms of the procedure of public-private criminal prosecution of persons who have committed entrepreneurial crimes.
