Concluding contract in the Internet is a new legal and technological phenomenon, which significantly changes existing legal relations in this field. Legal aspects of concluding a contract in the Internet are considered in the article. Special attention in the article will be paid to contracts for using soft, because these contracts are voidable in view of the fact that user didn’t know about his making a contract.
