The authors attempt to determine the legal nature of the register of unfair suppliers. The analysis made it possible to identify its characteristics and signs indicating that the recognition of an unfair supplier is a measure of administrative responsibility, and the register of unfair suppliers acts as a security measure. Also, the researchers developed proposals to improve the legal means under consideration.
