The present paper deals with viewing the relationship between tenses and place in terms of attached and dis attached of the verb. The philosophical researches reflect the thread of movement of time and its variables in a relation to space of place. Tenses are only variables that attached to the cases of places in which can be only semantically attribute to the roots of verb in Arabic from linguistic point of view, due to the findings of phonetics and collocation.
