During the last decades the world witnessed rapid changes and events in most of the countries which led to the absence of patriotic voice.
The current study aims at identifying the concept of citizenship in the Educational Islamic Thought. The researcher adopted a descriptive methodology in which he surveyed the concept of citizenship across different cultures in general, and particularly in Educational Islamic Thought. In the light of the results achieved in this study, a set of conclusions, suggestion and recommendations emerged.
