      The aim of current research to identify the level of involvement function and the trust in self by education counselors, the sample of research has reached ( 300 ) and guide .about (150 ) and an educational guide (150 ) educational staff of the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad to guide the academic year ( 2014-2015 )     The researcher has two tools to prepare the study, and the results yielded enjoy by involvement and trust, as well as the availability of significant relationship between involvement and self-trust
