In light of the rapid technological changes and shifts in market conditions, the education system faces a challenge regarding the need to provide additional educational opportunities without the need for additional monitoring budgets. Therefore, many educational institutions began to face this challenge, and actually began to develop programs of universities and distance education programs vinegar. The era of distance education and open education has become a reality as possible after the investigation was a distant dream for many people all over the world. The e-learning is an ideal way to help large segments of the community members who force them social and professional responsibilities to not to leave their communities or their country. Many of the participants have access to the internet from their offices and homes.
