The aim of this study was to verify and understand the effect of ROA, ROE, NPM and EPS towards stock return in retail companies listed on the IDX. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection method uses documentation studies by collecting secondary data. This study has a population of retail companies listed on  the IDX for the period 2014 – 2017. The sample of this research is 9 retail companies whch is obtained from purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used are multiple  liner regression analysis and t-test.  The results is indicate ROA has no effect on stock returns (0,576>0,05), ROE has no effect on stock returns (0,734>0,05), NPM has no effect on stock returns (0,625>0,05), and EPS has no effect on stock returns (0,329>0,05). This condition is caused by the company’s performance not leading to the change in retail company stock returns.
