/ short description:
The article describes the results of experiments conducted with the artifacts, musical instruments, found in the Cahuachi archaeological site. At the site a cache was found containing 24 excellently preserved instruments. The excellent preservation allowed the authors to experimentally use them. The sounds made by the ancient instruments were recorded. The article discusses the computer-based analysis of the acoustic characteristic of sounds emitted by those instruments.
