Рассматривается дифференциальноPдиагностический поиск, обсуждается воPпрос о выборе лечебной тактики в контексте этиотропной терапии и стратегии реваскуляризации. SummaryThe article represents a rare clinical case of severe angina in a 35 years old manowing to the syphilitic left main subtotal coronary ostial stenosis.The article reviews the differential diagnosis and discusses the selection of the treatment algorithm in the scope of the etiotropic therapy and therevascularization strategy.
