Post-traumatic false aneurysms of the superficial temporal artery are a rare entity. We report a case of temporal swelling with little pain in a 26-year-old man who had suffered a head injury one month earlier. It was an aneurysm of the frontal branch of the right superficial temporal artery confirmed by echo-Doppler and CT scan after injection of contrast medium. The treatment consisted of surgical exclusion and removal. Post-operative follow-up was simple.
