The existing internet network in several places such as internet cafes (internet cafes), often there is a dominance of bandwidth between clients caused by one or several clients to download so that it will interfere with other clients. To overcome the problem of bandwidth domination between clients, a division of bandwidth is carried out. By utilizing a network router, network administrators can easily manage bandwidth on client computers connected to the network. The technology used to implement it is based on an approach called QoS (Quality of Service) and adjusted to the TIPHON standard. The way it works is by identifying data traffic through the network, then implementing a QoS policy that is used to protect and prioritize it. The goal to be achieved by the author is to balance the bandwidth allocation according to user needs, apply queue rules to data traffic so that queues do not occur. The queuing method used in this study is to use the Per Connection Queue and winbox methods as software for remote routers.
