Summary: Implemented by human band practically simultaneously in different latitudes of our planet in the middle of the first millennium BC, the civilizational breakthrough of the “axial time” is the time of the birth of science and arts, the development of language as a literary tradition, the becoming of Myth an active picture of the world – a subjective-objective, a philosophical understanding of what a person and the being that surrounds him and what he creates are, and the formation of a subject discovering the world with the help of a word and deed and, at the same time, an object that is thinking, possessing political reflection. However, political reflection has one significant drawback – the brevity of historical memory which should be brought to lifefrom time to time, refreshing the milestones of events and the wisdom of the reflections of the others so that cognitive dissonances would not arise freely (arbitrarily) or as a result of smalicious intents of political phenomena (wars, states, a strategist politician, political power, etc.) breaking the membrane of human hostel – ethos, the philosophy of culture, art together with science and the craving for work. The 20th century (and the lengthy first quarter of the 21st century) is a vivid illustration of endless wars and permanent revolutions, an age of world and local conflicts demonstrating an indissoluble connection with the ancient myth, scattering the cogs of mythology, readjusting the world and principles of states, destroying boundaries and empires, starting new wars, multiplying ethnic conflicts, sweeping away values and changing anthropological signs, dissimilating the essential in a man: depriving of the Word and the Cause. The first part of this article was published in the Art literature scientific and analytic journal “Burganov house.
