The current system of information-gathering and analyzing which involves environment objects is aimed to form the magnitude of data using software and hardware systems. At the same time, geographic information systems (GIS) are widely used for primary analysis and visualization of the hygienic assessments results, including the noise factor, for the tasks of assessing the risk to public health. In turn, there is currently no complete interaction of software products with GIS, which requires the development, application and implementation of additional mechanisms for the source data formation and their interpretation. The result of the software products interface is new magnitudes of data obtained with consideration to the multidimensional heterogeneous information interface. First of all, this optimization allows reducing labor and time resources spent on bringing information to the uniformity. At the same time, the interface of calculation programs with GIS allows you to perform investigated area zoning, to form vector layers of such zones, to select the share of the exposed population by crossing the thematic layers in the GIS and solve a number of other tasks.
