Circular woodworking machines belong to one of the noisiest types of woodworking equipment (the noise level on a working cycle reaches 110-120 dBA). The dominating source of noise from circular woodworking machines on a working cycle is a saw disk owing to excitation of sound vibration in it. The means of the vibration-damping are the most radical and rational approach to noise reduction in an occurrence source (saw disk). The new unified construction of the device which consists of the vibration-damping frictional gaskets (with a dry friction VDPST) placed between a saw disk and a clamping flange circular of woodworking machines is offered. Crucial factor dissipation vibration energy in propose construction come out dry friction between minerals abrasive particles.
