DIGNIDADE E LIVRE ORIENTAÇÃO SEXUAL: MULHERES BRASILEIRAS EM FOCO

Resumo: Este artigo busca compreender o direito à dignidade sexual feminina e a livre orientação sexual no Brasil, como estes evoluíram juridicamente e seu atual papel no ordenamento jurídico. Apresentam-se sinteticamente o desenrolar histórico-jurídico da definição dos direitos por meio de análise da doutrina jurídica, e bibliografias específicas, bases do método de pesquisa exploratório. Traz-se assim maior clareza acerca da liberdade sexual da mulher brasileira neste último século, e o status de proteção Estatal que lhe é concedido.Palavras-chave: Dignidade, Mulher, Direito, Orientação Sexual, Violência Simbólica. Abstract: This paper seeks to understand the right to feminine sexual dignity and to free sexual orientation in Brazil, as well as how they have legally evolved and their current role in the law. We briefly unfold the legal history of the definitions of these rights by a juridical doctrine analysis and specific literature – exploratory research – thereby enlightening about woman’s sexual freedom in this century and the status of the State protection granted to them.Key-words: Dignity, Women , Law, Sexual Orientation , Symbolic Violence .
