Hydatidiform mole with a coexisting fetus is an extremely rarephenomenon; the incidence of such an occurrence rangesfrom 1 in 10 000 to 1 in 1 gestations(Cunningham et al.,1997).There were two possible conditions:a partial mole withan abnormaltriploid fetus, and a complete mole combinedwith a normal fetus and placenta. Most cases suffer severecomplications, such as pre-eclampsia, abortion and pretermdelivery,or termination immediately after the diagnosis.
