Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is an under diagnosed condition which has fatal outcome if not recognizedduring initial period and effective medical therapy is not prioritized to control the cytokine storm at the outset. Itmasquerades as multiple diseases and has a variable yet unpredictable clinical course and corollary.We report theuncommon manifestation and outcome of HLH in a patient who presented to our centre with urinary tract infection.
