The article is dedicated to the analysis of the problems, that appeared as a consequence of inadequate warranty of goods quality bought under the contract of sale, defining the main consumer rights in the case of revealing defects during the warranty period, determining the conclusions and offers of eliminating the drawbacks to legislation.
