समाजवाद की अवधारणा, भारतीय समाजवाद की आधारषिलाऐं एवं स्वरुप

समाज मनुष्य के विकास की वो आधारशिला है जो उसके विकास के लिए समुचित अवसरों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करता हैै।  किस प्रकार समाज एक व्यक्ति के लिए अवसरों की व्यवस्था करता है यह निर्भर करता है उस समाज की प्रकृति एवं समाज में व्याप्त समाजवादी सिद्धांत पर। समाजवाद एक विचार है जिसमें समाज के प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की एक पृथक् एवं महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है और यही विचारधारा समाज के उत्थान हेतु इसके प्रत्येक सदस्य को भेदभाव रहित वातावरण उपलब्ध करवाने का प्रयास करती है। विश्व में विभिन्न समयों पर अलग-अलग समाजों में समाजवाद के विविध स्वरूप विकसित हुए हैं, जो समाजवादी सिद्धांतों में अंतर को परिलक्षित करते हैं। प्रत्येक समाज ने अपनी आवश्यकता एवं सुविधा के अनुरूप ही समाजवाद के एक विषिश्ट स्वरूप को अंगीकार किया है। समाजशास्त्रियों द्वारा समाजवाद के इन विविध रूपों का विष्लेश्णात्मक-विवेचन भी किया गया है एवं वास्तविकता के अनुरूप ही इसके मानव कल्याणकारी स्वरूप को अपनाने पर बल दिया है। एक ऐसी समाजवादी संकल्पना जो किसी भौगोलिक परिधि, किसी समुदाय विषिश्ट के विकास की ही पक्षधर ना हो, जो संकीर्णता से ग्रसित ना हो वरन समूची धरा के अस्तित्व के संरक्षण का विचार रखती हो, तथा वसुधैव-कुटुम्बकम की सोच को साकार करने का लक्ष्य रखती हो मानव कल्याणकारी हो सकती है। समाजवादी विचारधारा समय के साथ-साथ सभी राष्ट्रों में एक नई उर्जा का संचार करेगी, जिससे संपूर्ण विश्व में आपसी सहयोग बढ़ेगा। एक लोक-कल्याणकारी समाज के लिए समाजवादी विचारधारा को शिक्षा में स्थान दिया जाना चाहिए, क्योंकि समाज व शिक्षा अन्योन्याश्रित सम्बन्ध होने के कारण इनके उद्देश्य परस्पर एक-दूसरे पर निर्भर होते हैं, समाज की आवश्यकता को शिक्षा व शिक्षा की आवश्यकता को समाज ही परिपूर्ण कर सकता है, दोनों एक-दूसरे के लिए साधन व  साध्य का कार्य करते हैं।   Society is the cornerstone for the development of human beings which ensures the availability of appropriate opportunities for his development. How society arranges opportunities for a person, it depends upon the nature of that society and the socialist principle prevailing in the society. Socialism is an idea in which every person of the society has a unique and important role and this ideology tries to provide an environment, free of discrimination to each of its members for the upliftment of the society. Different forms of socialism have evolved in various societies at different times in the world, reflecting variations in socialist principles. Every society has adopted a specific form of socialism according to its need and convenience. These diverse forms of socialism have also been analyzed analytically by sociologists and have insisted on adopting its human-welfare form in line with reality. A socialist concept that does not favor the development of any particular geographical periphery, any specific community and also does not suffer from parochialism but holds the idea of preserving the existence of the whole land and aims to realize the ideals of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”,  can be humanistic and for human welfare. Socialist ideology will infuse a new energy in all the nations with the passage of time, which will increase mutual cooperation in the world. For a public welfare society, socialist ideology should be given an important place in education, because their objective depends on each other due to the interdependent relationship between society and education, the need of education and society can be fulfilled by each other only. In their interdependent relationship both of them act as means and compassable for each other.
