One of the major concern working phenomena over the last few years is, without any doubt, heir to the technological change, the Smart Working or “Lavoro Agile”.The aim of this research is to highlight:- What is the Smart Working: advantages and weaknesses.- A quick confrontation with other European realities in relation to the laws about this.- Based on other recognized issues, to make suggestions that might consent to reduce the encountered, or deducible, problems, actively applying the Smart Working, that can often differ from the law hypothesis.
