员工满意度很大程度上影响着员工的离职倾向。为了探究企业入职培训和员工离职倾向之间的规律通过数据的分析表明公司对员工开展入职培训的方式过于传统没有完善的激励机制员工与企业对培训内容以及培训目标都存在着认识上的问题等而这些问题与员工离职倾向存在相关性。论文主要对企业入职培训影响进行分析以供企业未来做入职培训之参考。
