某核电厂机组核取样系统二环路安全壳贯穿件外侧隔离阀 REN104VP 在定期试验 T3RPA040 时发现存在 170L/h 的流量泄漏。论文通过对阀门阀腔建模计算出阀门泄漏时下游的压力进而得到阀门的泄漏率标准值。判断当前泄漏流量小于泄漏率标准值允许开启阀门继续执行安全壳隔离阶段信号试验T3RPA040避免了机组不必要的后撤。
