This study was about the perception of employee responses in the form of employees’ level performance in terms of variable work ethic, employees’ par-ticipation and organizations climate. The analysis instrument was multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS statistical program. The populations of this re-search were 32 employees’ of Banjarmasin City Industry and Trade Department. The results of this study showed that work ethic, employees’ participation and or-ganizations climate had partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. Keywords: work ethics, employees’ participation, organizations climate, employees’ performance Abstrak: Kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang respon persepsi pegawai da-lam bentuk tinggi atau rendahnya kinerja pegawai yang ditinjau dari variabel etos kerja, partisipasi pegawai dan iklim organsasi. Analisis penelitian ini mengguna-kan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi statistik SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai Di-nas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Banjarmasin dengan jumlah anggota po-pulasi 32 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel etos kerja, partisipasi pe-gawai dan iklim organsasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan sig-nifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: etos kerja, partisipasi pegawai, iklim organsasi, kinerja pegawai
