We consider Georgian Social-economic safety as coun-try’s, its regions’ territorial economic development as main-taining vitality and development, fulfilling its material and mental needs, providing steady conditions in given economic system as well as in given geographic area, providing individ-uals’ and society’s well-being is possible by fulfilling social, ecological and economical needs only in harmonic governing conditions. Making one of these blocks a higher priority and making them develop surely will cause frightening events.
