The article deals with the need for the development and commissioning of specialized containers for transporting fruits and vegetables. The requirements for the design of the new container are given and a previously unknown (developed) container design for transporting fruits and vegetables is proposed for consideration. Corresponding studies on the stress-strain state for the developed container design have been carried out. Container operating conditions are summarized.
