The problem of using the most capable people for managerial activities in the management system is a problem of state, strategic and social significance. The identification of business and personal qualities of candidates for senior positions and the creation of a system of selection and training of managers are among the most important tasks associated with the improvement of personnel policy. The so-called "scientific management" involves the introduction of special techniques developed by sociologists and psychologists to determine the business and personal qualities of a future leader.
