Telecommunication has always been part of societal development in the last half century and continues to march toward innovative technologies and better living. The wireless subscriber base is growing at a rapid pace. All operations and communication across the world are being enabled by GSM mobile communication. Web services too involve the need to use GSM mobile communication for authentication and processing. The Andhra Telecom circle (which includes Telangana as well) is significant because of major industries and services sector, the best example being Information Technology services. This paper endeavours to assess the level of retention by telecom service providers. Structural Equation Modelling reveals the causal relations based on primary data collected from 1159 telecom subscribers.
