In this article we will review the ways how to analyze the innovation policy in Uzbekistan in the context of globalization. It’s also dedicated to scientific approach in the process of modernization which plays an important role in the necessary and effective implementation of the country's modernization in the new phase of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the adoption of the “Strategy of Action for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan”
