The needle roller bearing is very important part of rotating machine thus the manufacturing of bearing is very essential with low vibration and high stability. In this paper, experimental work is done on oil lubricant of grade (ISO100) with different loads (20N, 40N, 60N, 80N, 100N and 120N) on needle roller bearings (202512). The signal processing technique is used to achieve the vibration analysis using parameter such as Displacement, Velocity, Acceleration and Frequency which obtain by vibration meter. It is the results that are drawn from the experimental work by signal processing technique are plotted in terms of Fast Fourier Transform (FFT
