The aim of the research was to understand the quality maturity of Indian organization (especially automotive OEM & Tier-1) and recommend steps how they can achieve world class quality through implementation of closed loop quality with a change mindset of “Quality is everyone’s responsibility” and “Quality should be built-in and not inspected”.
