The distribution of Muslim wealth after his death can be categorized into three parts, which are wasiat, faraid and hibah. Considering the distribution of Muslim wealth as a tool in achieving the highest objective in Islam, it is important to have a better understanding in order to use it in times of hardship. Past research has claimed that hibah is considered as an alternative to avoid unclaimed Muslim asset. On May 2017, Hibah amanah had been introduced by Tabung Haji as an alternative to the current, Nomination system.
