In this scenario the role of expatriation are more challenging, the reason of people receive the expatriation is earn money. The current study aims to understand the reason of expatriation, know the expectation of expatriates and know the experience of expatriates. Expatriate thought, feeling and opinion were the target data. Based on a questionnaire that was developed from the literature review, responses from 60 expatriates who are working in Construction Company in Dubai.
