The regions of Russia that require the improvement of trading technologies primarily include the Republic of Dagestan, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Republic of Buryatia, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of Kalmykia, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Sakhalin region, and the Kabardino-Balkar Republic. Besides, Sevastopol and the Republic of Ingushetia are the problem regions.
