To ensure normal body function, control of blood glucose levels is necessary. A network of various hormones and neuropeptides assure blood glucose. Hormones freed from the brain, pancreas, liver, intestine help to assure glucose level. The pancreas represents a major role in secreting the blood sugar-lowering hormone insulin and its opponent glucagon. However, disturbances in the hormones and peptides involved lead to metabolic disorders such as type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).It is essential to understand the mechanisms underlying the various interactions of biological molecules with blood. Many methods help to measure glucose concentration. To measure the blood glucose level, a new method is proposed through the nanotechnology
