In this paper, we proposed an idea to estimate the speed of the vehicle and track over the speeding vehicle. We use two sensors one at the initial point and the other at the tracking point. When the sensor senses the moving vehicle it captures the image and a time recorder will record the time. We will compare the two frames captured at the two points if the frames match we estimate the time. If the estimated time is less than initially fixed time-limit then the vehicle is considered to be over speeded and will track that vehicle
