Globally, population is growing and at the same time our natural resources are shrinking. Most nations are facing challenge to feed their population in 2050. To feed growing population with stressed natural resources, there is a need to produce more with less. To achieve the target of zero hunger in 2050, it is not only required to produce more but also to reduce waste-age during storage and transportation. This paper discusses the use of Internet of Things in Food Supply Chain to fulfils future demand.
