In today's work environment, employees constitute an important resource for organizations and a key determinant of corporate success, with employees' creativity, motivation and energy driving company performance. It is critical, therefore, to harness these employee potentials for the pursuit of company goals. Effective leadership has been suggested to constitute one of the most relevant success factors in this respect. This paper aimed to investigate the impact of leadership on employee satisfaction in UAE public sector. Quantitative research was employed and SPSS and AMOS software were employed to analyze the collected data in this paper.
