We discuss difference between the definition of fuzzy number and imprecise number in term of complement. Later using the definition of imprecise number we study the multi-dimensional imprecise numbers. Various classical set theory properties under the intersection and unions are discussed in terms of multi-dimensional imprecise numbers.
