this study aims to explain the role of leader’s social capital to the farmer’s knowledge sharing process. This research uses a qualitative method with the subjects are coffee farmers in Enrekang. The focus of research is the process of knowledge sharing farmers that occurs based on leader’s social capital. Snowball sampling is the sampling technique used. The results showed that leader’s social capital had a good impact on the process of knowledge sharing performed among fellow farmers, sellers or buyers.
