Тhe paper provides the results of studying the influence of mineral fertilizers and Rizobofit on growth of plants and soybean yield. It was shown that use of nitrogen fertilizers in combination and separately with phosphorus or potassium has increased the weight of plants but has reduced the number of bacteria. On the background without mineral fertilizers the use of Rizobofita has enhanced the yield of soybean at 0,14 t/ha, while combination of fertilizers and seeds treatment with biological preparation has increased yield at 0,12-0,27 t/ha.
