The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Empire P.A. Stolypin developed an agrarian reform aimed at solving land issues in the empire and its colonial territories. The reform affected Kyrgyzstan, as it was the largest planned reform in the history of the Russian Empire, covering the entire territory of the country. The article examines the implementation and results of the agrarian reform in the northern regions of Kyrgyzstan.
