In the time of Babek Kamran in Afghanistan there was the head of soldiers named Abdulkadir, who made a revolution with the help of Russian and communists came to power. So the old generation of Pamir Kyrgyz people took the decision to arm 200 men and 1300 people with their things and cattles gutted the road to Pakistan.Knowing about this arrival the government of Pakistan and society of Unisef welcomed them and helped. They were divided into several towns,so in Gilghit there were 200 people, in Chatyrkan-100, in Misker 60-70 families. Since it was difficult to take care of cattles, they began to sell. In order to survive, they had to work on different works and learn more languages. Many medicines were made from herbs, and there were not so many doctors. Since the climate was very hot 170 people died from cholera.Because of such way of life 30 families didn't endure and came back to Afghanistan 2 years ago, Pamir Kyrgyz tried to go to the other countries. At the first they send the message to America, and 5 months ago, they couldn't get an answer. The American senator Ted Stiven refused to get Kyrgyz people to Alaska because of social and legal questions. After getting the answer from Alaska , Rahmankul khan applied to Turkey. Some time later, Turkey made decision to apply the Kyrgyz, Uzbek and Turkmen refugees and was established the high committee.
