The article considers industry as one of the priority sectors of the country's economic development, substantiates the efficiency of industrial development. In the modern world, the conditions of the external environment of industrial enterprises are dynamically changing, so enterprises have to develop in the difficult conditions of the globalization of the economy. In such a situation, the financial stability of enterprises is directly dependent on the state of innovation. In modern conditions, the requirements for the competitive environment of enterprises at the global level are based on the introduction of radical innovations, i.e. significant transformation of products and technologies. Information support for company management does not have a unified interpretation. It means a form of information service, a set of actions for the formation and selection of the necessary information for management, an activity that includes the collection, registration, processing, storage and presentation of data in order to analyze the results for decision-making. In this regard, it seems interesting to consider in this article the state of industry in the Kyrgyz Republic and the ways of its development.
