ANALISIS JALUR FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB KRIMINALITAS DI KOTA MANADO ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor penyebab kriminalitas di Kota Manado, dengan membuat paradigma penelitian, menguji koefisien jalur dan mencari koefisien korelasinya, mengetahui hubungan kausal antar variabel eksogen dengan variabel endogen, dan melihat faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kriminalitas. Data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Manado dan Kepolisian Resort Kota Manado pada bulan November 2009. Data tersebut adalah data tahun 1990 sampai 2008 yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap kriminalitas ialah jumlah penduduk dan pengangguran, sedangkan banyaknya industri dan kemiskinan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kriminalitas. Kata kunci: Kriminalitas, Analisis Jalur, Variabel Eksogen, Variabel endogen   PATH ANALYSIS OF FACTORS CAUSE CRIME IN MANADOABSTRACT This research was conducted to know the effect the factors that cause crime in the city of Manado. Making research paradigms, examining path coefficients and get the correlation coefficient, knowing causal relationships between exogenous variables to the endogenous variables, and knowing the most influential factor in the crime. The data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Police Resort Manado City in November 2009. Data were obtained from 1990 to 2008 and analyzed using path analysis.
