AbstrakTelah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh ekstrak etanol urang aring (Eclipta alba L. Hask.) terhadap daya hambat pertumbuhan jamur Fusarium oxysporum f. lycopersici. Uji hayati dilakukan dengan mengencerkan ekstrak dengan konsentrasi 0,5%,1% , 1,5% , 2% , dan 2,5%(berat/volum). Hasil uji hayati secara in vitro menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol dapat menghambat pertumbuhan jamur. Pada konsentrasi 0,5% jamur memiliki diameter pertumbuhan 4,5 cm dan tidak berbeda nyata dengan kontrol yang berdiameter 4,7 cm, tetapi pada konsentrasi 2,5% diameter koloninya 0,81 cm dan tidak berbeda nyata dengan fungisida benlate 0,03% yang berdiameter 0,75 cm.Kata kunci: urang aring, Eclipta alba L. Hask., Fusarium oxysporum f. lycopersici, daya hambatAbstractA research was conducted to evaluate the effect of ethanol extracts of urang aring (Eclipta alba L. Hask.) on the inhibition capacity of the growth of fungi Fusarium oxysporum f. lycopersici. The bioassay was done by diluting extracts to obtain the concentration of 0,5%,1%, 1,5%, 2%, dan 2,5% (w/v). The results indicated that ethanol extracts inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. lycopersici. The 0.5% concentration ethanol extract did not inhibit the growth of fungi (colony diameter was 4.7 cm), however, the 2.5% concentration (colony diameter 0.18 cm) was not significantly different from 0.03% benlate, a synthetical fungicide, whose colony diameter was 0.75 cm.Keywords: urang aring, Eclipta alba L.
