The teaching of Economics in high schools aims to develop students to have a homo economicus view and to be able to act rationally and wisely in conducting economic activities. The study of economic behavior as a learning outcome has not been found. In general, the study of economic behavior is more focused on the behavior of producers or consumers to maximize their profits or satisfaction. This study used quantitative research, collected from 528 high school students. This study measures the economic behavior using Economic Behavior Scale, which is based on four dimensions: efficient; creative; hardworking; and non-consumptive behaviors. The items are developed using the situational judgment test with three options. Data was analysed using the second-order Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The items developed in measuring the dimensions of Economic Behavior Scale are valid and reliable.
