In this article, on the example of the Kursk region, the problem of juvenile delinquency is considered. It has been proved that in the context of the criminalization of the younger generation, the problem of improving preventive measures carried out among adolescents and young people is becoming more and more acute. As a result of the study, the author's solution to the stated problem was proposed by means of developing a unique training program to prevent the involvement of minors in criminal activities. A mobile and accessible resource aimed at reducing the level of involvement in the commission of illegal acts can be used among senior students of general educational institutions in the region. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are drawn about the ways of further development of the proposed training program. On the basis of dialectical and formal-logical methods of scientific research, the current state of juvenile delinquency in a separate Russian region was studied, the main areas of preventive activity were considered in detail, and a conclusion was made about the need to develop a special approach to the prevention of juvenile delinquency. The system method made it possible to present the content of the training program in the format of training modules - thematic classes in an interactive form. The functional method made it possible to objectively evaluate the advantages of the developed training program.
